You can only change your TikTok username once every 30 days. In other words, if you have changed your username today, you will be able to update it again after 30 days.
Your TikTok username can only contain letters, periods, underscores, and numbers. Note that you cannot use periods at the end of your TikTok username.

Change Your TikTok Username
Step1: Launch the TikTok app and tap the Profile menu in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Step2: On your TikTok Profile page, tap the Edit Profile button.
Step3: Tap the Username field and replace your old username with the new one.
Step4: Tap the Save option in the top-right corner.
You will see a notification if somebody on TikTok is already using your chosen username. That is because you need a unique TikTok username for your account. To get a unique username, try entering other usernames or pick one of the recommended usernames.
