The possible reason could be it has updated to a 3D bitmoji. If you don’t like your new bitmoji, you can change or delete it from your profile.

Removing bitmoji from your Snapchat profile is easy and can be done in two different ways. You can either use the Snapchat or Bitmoji app.

How to Remove Bitmoji On Snapchat

This works on both Android & iPhone.

Step 1: Launch the Snapchat app on your device.

Step 2: Tap your bitmoji in the top-left corner of the screen.

Step 3: Tap the gear icon in the top-right.

Step 4: Select Bitmoji.

Step 5: Tap Unlink My Bitmoji at the bottom.

Step 6: Tap Unlink to confirm.

That’s it. Your 3D bitmoji will be removed from your profile.

If you don’t have the Bitmoji app installed on your device, download it from Play Store or App Store. Then log in using your Snapchat account.

Step 1: Once you’re on the home screen, tap the gear icon in the top-right.

Step 2: Tap My Data.

Step 3: Tap Reset Avatar.

Step 4: Confirm it by tapping OK.

Step 1: Launch the Snapchat app, then tap your bitmoji icon in the top left.

Step 2: Tap your Bitmoji.

Step 3: You will now see options to edit bitmoji.

You can change your outfit, pose & background, selfie, and avatar.

You can even use the Bitmoji App to change your avatar.
