You can even send a message to Team Snapchat. However, it automatically responds with the links to the Snapchat guide regardless of what you send.
Team Snapchat isn’t an actual user but an automated bot.
How to Block Team Snapchat
Team Snapchat does not always send you useful messages. It might sometimes get annoying to see messages from them.
If you feel Team Snapchat is no longer helpful to you, you can unfriend or block them.
Step 1: Launch the Snapchat app on your device.
Step 2: Tap the chat icon at the bottom or swipe right on the camera screen.
Step 3: Locate Team Snapchat. Then tap and hold the chat and select Manage Friendship.
Step 4: Tap Block.
That’s all. Now, you will not receive any annoying messages from Snapchat.
If you just want to unfriend them, tap Remove Friend instead of Block in step 4 above.
How to Unblock Team Snapchat and Add Them Back
Step 1: Launch Snapchat and tap your bitmoji icon in the top left of the screen.
Step 2: Tap the gear icon in the top-right.
Step 3: Scroll down to ACCOUNT ACTIONS, then select Blocked.
Step 4: Tap the X icon next to Team Snapchat, then confirm your decision by tapping Yes.
To add it back as your friend, search “teamsnapchat”, then tap the Add icon next to their profile.
