Step 1: Launch the Instagram app and tap the three horizontal lines menu (Hamburger icon). The menu will appear in the top right corner of the screen on an Android device. On an iPhone or iPad, the hamburger menu will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Tap See your Profile to head into your profile.

Step 3: Tap the three dots icon that appears below your profile picture. Tapping it will lead you to the Profile Settings page.

Step 4: Select the Lock Profile option.

Step 5: Tap Lock your profile to confirm.

1. On your homescreen, tap the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner.

1. Go to facebook.com.
2. Click your profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.
