Snapchat+ is the new membership version launched by Snapchat recently. Just like Whatsapp and Telegram, Snapchat has also found a way to generate revenue via business routes.
It has come up with several unique and attractive features for Snapchat+ users. Furthermore, to give people a glimpse of the new service, Snapchat is also offering a seven-day free trial.
It means that once you enroll for the Snapchat+ membership, you will not be charged for the first 7 days. If you think the subscription isn’t worth it, you can cancel it easily.
How to Cancel Snapchat Plus Free Trial
The 7-day trial on Snapchat Plus gives users a chance to explore the new features and make the final decision to subscribe to it. If you do not enjoy Snapchat Plus, you have to cancel your membership on time to save a $3.99 monthly subscription.
Cancel Snapchat+ Premium Membership On iPhone
- Go to your iPhone’s Settings App.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Snapchat.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
You can enjoy the premium features till the last day of the 7-day free trial even if you cancel early.
Cancel Snapchat+ Premium Membership On Android
Step 1: Open the Snapchat app.
Step 2: Go to your profile section by tapping your Bitmoji icon in the top-left.
Step 3: On the profile page, below your username, you will see a Snapchat+ icon. Tap on it.
Step 4: A list of all the features of Snapchat+ will pop on the screen. Tap Manage your subscription at the bottom.
Step 5: You will now be directed to the Google Play Store. Here, you have to select Snapchat.
Step 6: All the details regarding the Snapchat subscription will be displayed, including the starting date and payment method.
Step 7: At the bottom, you will see the option to cancel your subscription. Tap on it.
As you decide to cancel the subscription, you will have to submit a reason for cancellation. You will be given a bunch of reasons like cost is high, you no longer want to use the app, etc. Choose the desired reason from the list and tap Continue.
Your Snapchat+ subscription will be canceled.
