Google Chrome is known for its simplicity and that’s why it has billions of active users worldwide.
However, there are certain features people don’t like. One of them is trending searches which show up whenever you are about to search for something on Google.

Not only on Chrome, but the trending searches feature is also available in almost all browsers.
The feature may be useful for some and not for others. The popular searches may not be relevant to some users or they may not be interested in them at all.
Whatever may be the reason, you might want to get rid of trending searches on Google in your Chrome browser.
