Are you tired of seeing repeatedly used words in your TikTok videos’ comments?
Recently, many TikTok users are commenting the words “crop” and “story time” in most of the videos.
If you happen to see the same on your videos too, you can easily get rid of them. TikTok allows you to filter comments that contain specific words.
Let’s see how you can filter out words on TikTok comments.
How to Filter Comments That Contain Specific Keywords
Step 1: Launch the TikTok app on your device and tap Profile in the bottom-right corner of the screen to head into your profile.
Step 2: Tap the three-lined menu icon in the upper-right, then select the Settings and privacy option.
Step 3: Tap Privacy, then select Comments.
Step 4: Tap the toggle icon next to the “Filter keywords” under.
Now, you need to add the keywords you want to filter out on your TikTok videos.
Step 5: In the Add keywords field, enter all the keywords you want to filter. For instance, crop, CROP, Crop, story time, Story Time, and more.
Note: The keywords are case-sensitive. So, you need to take care of the lower case, upper case, and capitalize case.
When you enable Filter keywords, all the comments on your videos that contain those keywords will not get published directly. Instead, the comments will be hidden until you decide to manually approve or delete them.
