Step 3: Tap the three dots icon in the bottom right.
Step 4: Tap Not interested.
A message will be displayed on your screen that says “Thanks! Your feedback helps improve your experience.”
Now, repeat the same for every reel you don’t want to appear in your feed. Instagram will stop suggesting you the type of reels you’ve marked as Not interested.

There’s also an alternate way to change the suggested reels that Instagram shows you. What you need to do is watch reels that you like and enjoy. Then, interact with them by liking and commenting. This way, Instagram will gradually suggest reels based on your interests.
