Step 2: On their profile page, tap the three-lined menu icon in the top-right corner.
Step 3: Choose About This Account from the menu that appears.
You will find the account creation date of the Instagram user under the Date Joined section. The screen will also show other details about the user, like their country name and past usernames.
Note that the above steps will only work on the mobile app. The Instagram web does not have an option that lets you see when someone joined Instagram.
