If you are an Airtel customer then you can easily set your caller tune for free. Yes, you read that right, it’s 100% free.
Either you are a pre-paid customer or post-paid customer, you can easily avail the offer in just a few steps. All you have to do is download an application called Wynk Music which is easily available on Google Play Store.
This offer is available for all those Airtel customers whose plan is of Rs. 129 or above.

How to Set Caller Tune in Airtel
1. Download the latest version of the Wynk Music app from the Google Play Store.
2. Open the app and agree on all the terms and conditions.
3. Tap on the music icon on the top right side of the search bar.
4. Search for the song or you can choose from the given songs and tap on that song you’ve selected.
5. Tap on the icon with music and phone type icon on the right side of the song.
6. Select which part of the song do you want to set as your caller tune and tap on Activate for free.
The song you’ve selected will be set as your caller tune for the next 30 days.
Many of you won’t believe the fact that you can set caller tune from the Wynk Music application for free whereas earlier Airtel was charging Rs36 per month for a single caller tune where you couldn’t change the Caller Tune once you bought it.
The Hello Tune set is valid for 30 days. But you also have an option to extend its validity more.
For this, follow the below-mentioned steps:
1. Tap on the music icon on the top right side of the search bar.
2. On the page, you can see your current Caller Tune and with an option Extend Validity. You have to just tap on Extend Validity and your Caller Tune validity will be extended for the next 30 days.
3. You can also change the caller tune after or within 30 days. You just have to follow the same steps as above. (Step 3 – Step 6).
In some songs, you might not get the option to set the song as your caller tune due to the unavailability of the hello tune of that song. You have to select another song whose hello tune is available.
In case, you didn’t like the song and do not want the Caller Tune anymore you can stop the Hello Tune anytime you want.
How to Deactivate Caller Tune in Airtel
1. Tap on the music icon on the top right side of the search bar.
2. Tap on the three vertical on the right side of Extend Validity and tap on Stop Hello Tune.
4. Two options will pop as to Change Hello tune or Stop Hello tune.
To stop the Caller Tune permanently tap on Stop Hello tune. Or if you would like to change your Caller Tune, you can just click on Change Hello Tune and select another favorite song.
