Step VII: They will ask you to provide your account ownership details. Provide all the correct details.

Step IX: Paytm will send you a confirmation message when they resolve your problem.

How to Delete Paytm Account Permanently Using Email

Step I: First go to your mail (Gmail or Yahoo) and log in with your email that is registered on the Paytm account that you want to delete.

Step II: Click on compose/ create a new mail.

Step III: On the subject and write “Please delete my Paytm account”.

Step IV: Now write details about why you want to delete your Paytm account. Write a valid reason and provide all your detailed descriptions along with your account details like Paytm number, your Paytm account name, Paytm email, etc.

Step V: Upload any government registered ID where your details are mentioned.
For example, Aadhaar card, pan card or voter card, etc.

Step VI: Now send this mail to care@Paytm.com

Step VII: Click on send and wait for them to reply. After some time, your account will be deleted.

This way your Paytm Account will be deleted permanently.

You can contact to Paytm using this number 0120 3888 388 and request them to delete your Paytm account. They will submit your request over the call and after that within 2-3 days, your Paytm account will be deleted by Paytm. You will also receive a confirmation mail too regarding this.

Note*:
If you permanently delete your Paytm account and again you want to join paytm using the same mobile number then, you can join the Paytm with the same process and without any problem.
