Step I: Login to the account you want to delete.
Step II: Go to the profile section on the Paytm app and click on “24×7 help”.
Step III: Click on “Manage my Paytm account”.
Step IV: Then select the option that says “I have lost my phone/changed my number”.
Step V: Select “I am unable to access my Account“.
Step VI: From the options, select “I need to block my account“.
Step VII: They will ask you to provide your account ownership details. Provide all the correct details.
Step VIII: Then submit the block request.
Step IX: Paytm will send you a confirmation message when they resolve your problem.
That’s it. After getting this process done, Paytm will block your account temporarily.
How to Delete Paytm Account Permanently Using Email
Step I: First go to your mail (Gmail or Yahoo) and log in with your email that is registered on the Paytm account that you want to delete.
Step II: Click on compose/ create a new mail.
Step III: On the subject and write “Please delete my Paytm account”.
Step IV: Now write details about why you want to delete your Paytm account. Write a valid reason and provide all your detailed descriptions along with your account details like Paytm number, your Paytm account name, Paytm email, etc.
Step V: Upload any government registered ID where your details are mentioned.
For example, Aadhaar card, pan card or voter card, etc.
Step VI: Now send this mail to care@Paytm.com
Step VII: Click on send and wait for them to reply. After some time, your account will be deleted.
This way your Paytm Account will be deleted permanently.
How to Delete Paytm Account From a Phone Call
The easiest and the most effective ways to delete your Paytm account within 2-3 days is using the customer care support.
You can contact to Paytm using this number 0120 3888 388 and request them to delete your Paytm account. They will submit your request over the call and after that within 2-3 days, your Paytm account will be deleted by Paytm. You will also receive a confirmation mail too regarding this.
Note*:
If you permanently delete your Paytm account and again you want to join paytm using the same mobile number then, you can join the Paytm with the same process and without any problem.
