The Facebook Bio only allows 101 characters for you to express yourself. If you think 101 characters are not enough to encapsulate your personality, you are not alone. Thankfully, Facebook also offers an option to add music to your profile.
Music is a great way to express your personality. You can add multiple music titles to your profile. Additionally, you can pin one music to your Facebook profile.
Let’s find out how you can add music to your Facebook profile.
How to Add Music On Facebook Profile?
Step 1: Launch the Facebook app on your Android or iOS device and tap the three horizontal lines in the top right corner.
Step 2: Go to your Facebook profile section by tapping See your profile option.
Step 3: Scroll down until you see the “What’s on your mind?” field. Below it, you will notice a tab showing tags like Photos, Avatars, Music, and Did You Know.
Step 4: Tap the Music icon.
Step 5: Tap the + icon. It will be located at the top right corner.
Step 6: You can now search for the song you want to add to your Facebook Profile.
Step 7: Tap the song to add them to the Music list. You can select multiple songs. Once you’re done press the back button on your device.
Step 8: To pin a music title to your Facebook profile, locate your favorite music on the Facebook Music page, tap the three dots next to the song, and select Pin to profile.
Congratulations, your favorite song will now appear on your Facebook profile.
If you want to replace the music or delete it, tap the 3-dot icon that appears right next to the music title. It will reveal the option to unpin or replace the song.
Note: The music you add to your Facebook Profile will be set as Public by default. So, all Facebook users will be able to see the Music pinned to your profile.
Can You Add Music On Facebook Profile Using PC?
As of February 2022, Facebook desktop users cannot add music to their profiles. They are also unable to see the music that other people add to their profile. At present, this feature is only available on the mobile app.
